When can we check in?
Our check-in time is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Contact the house about an early arrival or a late departure; arrangements depend on availability.
How do we find the house?
Use the Contact page for Google and Apple Maps directions. The last stretch follows quiet Highland roads; allow extra time and ask the house about winter road conditions.

What is included?
Your stay includes breakfast, the library and arranged sauna access. Treatments and dinner may be booked separately; package inclusions are listed on Offers.

Yes. Explore Treatments and contact the team for availability and suitability. All prices shown are examples, not a confirmed tariff.

Can we arrange a private gathering?
Use Events & weddings to reach the existing event enquiry form. Share your dates and plans; the team will discuss what is possible. Sending the form does not confirm a booking.
Reservations
How do we reserve a room?
Use the reservation button to open the connected booking provider, or contact the house for help. Review the provider’s dates, prices and terms before confirming.
Policies
What are the cancellation and guest policies?
The actual booking terms and the connected provider’s guest rules govern your reservation. Confirm cancellation, age, pets and access requirements with the house.
Do we have to accept marketing?
No. Marketing consent is optional and unticked. The separate legal acknowledgement records the privacy notice shown when you send your enquiry.
